Chantal Martin is a professional coach, proficient in both official languages, with 35 years of experience in the federal public service (semi-retired). She specializes in the field of people management, including career and change management, learning, leadership and talent development. Chantal accompanied clients in various disciplines from entry level to executives, Canada Coast to Coast and internationally. She is passionate about enabling individuals to expand their capacity and create opportunities for themselves to blossom and succeed in their career.

My coaching style is informed by a 20-years fascination with how people grow and change.  I researched and experiment several coaching approaches such as integral, neuroscience, neuro-linguistic programming, positive psychology, solution-focused, somatic, ontological and systemic coaching.

I view coaching as humanistic, relational and transformational. I believe it is first and foremost based on an unconditional positive regard for the clients (head, heart, body and soul) I partner with; it’s about honoring their individual wholeness.

Clients describe me as empathic and a deep listener; they have said that our coaching conversations were centered around them and their objectives; they valued my ability to instore trust and enable their confidence as well as my genuine concern to respect where they are in their journey while encouraging them to maximize their fullest potential.
