She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as recognized by the International Coaches Federation, an Integral Master Coach™ (with Integral Coaching Canada) and my PPCC (Professional and Personal Coaching Certification Program) from Concordia University.
She also took advanced coach training at School of Shadow Coaching.
In addition, Sylvie is certified to administer EQi 2.0 and EQ 360, the MBTI and FIRO-B Psychometrics assessments, as well as SCHOR (360) instrument, CCHL/LEADS (360) instrument and PMC instrument.
She holds an MBA and a PhD.
