Marie-Josée Dionne is a Certified Executive Coach, member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Executive, coach, entrepreneur, with more than 30 years of experience in the federal public service, she supports executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders in achieving their professional and personal goals. She has gravitated in several spheres of activity such as strategic planning, change management, governance, policy development, risk management, program evaluation, internal audit, etc.
Her mission is to build a world of excellence, inspired by passion, determination and compassion, in which every human being is valued.

She is certified to administer the psychometric assessments EQi 2.0 and EQ 360, Leadership Circle Profile (360), Work Personality Index in Leadership, as well as the SCHOR instrument (360).

Marie-Josée has an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from Harvard University Kennedy School, a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude, concentration in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Ottawa.
